The basics

Using AI Rapping

AI Rapping is a website that writes rap lyrics, raps them as a song, and lets you star in your own version of a trending rap video, made from a photo you upload. The videos are fan-made parodies, made for entertainment. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Rapping, and at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree for you, to buy credits.

Your account

One account, kept safe

Songs, videos, downloads and purchases all need an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at support@airapping.video if you think someone else used it.

Money

Credits and refunds

Videos are paid with credits. A video costs 10 credits as a silent remake, or 10 with your own line. Credits are sold in packs, never expire and are not a subscription. Each account gets 1 free song when it signs up.

If a video fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. If something else went wrong with a purchase, email us and we will look at it. Credits have no cash value and cannot be moved to another account.

What you put in

Your photos, your likeness and your words

Only upload photos you have the right to use: a photo of yourself, or of someone who has clearly agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload a photo of anyone under 18 unless you are their parent or guardian, and do not upload photos of celebrities or other public figures.

Before each video you tick a box to confirm this. If it is not true, you are responsible for it, and we may delete the video and close the account that made it.

The videos are fan-made parodies for entertainment. Do not use them to impersonate anyone, to make people believe a real person said or did something they did not, or for ads, endorsements or political messages.

You keep the rights to your photos and your words; you give us permission to use them only to make what you asked for. Photos are deleted after 7 days and are never shown on the site.

If you find a video made from your photo without your agreement, email support@airapping.video and we will delete it and act on the account that made it.

Boundaries

What you may not make

We refuse, and may remove, anything that:

–harasses, threatens or sexualises a real person, or puts a real person in a video without their consent;

–contains hate against a group of people;

–pretends to be a real artist, including asking for a real artist's voice;

–misleads people into thinking a fake video is real news or a real endorsement;

–breaks the law or someone else’s rights.

What you get

Who owns the songs and videos

You may use the songs and videos you make for personal and social posts. The templates recreate the scene of a trend; AI Rapping is not affiliated with any artist, label or platform named on the site, and the trend’s original music and footage belong to their owners.

The fine print

What we are responsible for

AI makes mistakes: a line may not rhyme and a video may not look exactly like your photo. The site is provided as it is, and as far as the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. We may change these terms; when we do, we update the date at the top of this page.
